Richie Stutler
Originally from West Virginia, I attended The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Illustration. After graduating, I began tattooing at Kyklops Tattoo, completing my apprenticeship there in 2012. I tattooed in Pittsburgh until 2017 before moving to Virginia to join Alley Cat Tattoo, where I spent eight great years. I’ve recently moved back to Pittsburgh to raise my daughter and be closer to family.
I’ve spent my career working as a street shop tattooer and can take on any style a client is looking for. My main focus is classic American Traditional, but I also enjoy black and grey realism, Japanese-inspired work, lettering, and custom designs. I take pride in being a versatile artist and in creating tattoos that hold up and stay strong over time.
When I’m not in the shop, I’m usually spending time with my family and dogs, or out training for my next marathon.
