If you know which artist you want to schedule with, contact them directly using one of the methods listed on their bio page. 

Some artists will have availability within a week or so, but others may be booked out further. They might use a books-open/books-closed system, booking several months of appointments at certain times throughout the year.  Each artist’s bio page and or personal website will have more info on their specific process.
