David Montoya
David Montoya is originally from Kansas City. He graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and illustration. Out of his 10 years of tattooing experience; 7 of those were spent as co-owner of Adam’s Avenue Tattoo in San Diego. After doing a guest spot at Kyklops, David moved to Pittsburgh and began tattooing here full-time in 2023. His work focuses on photo-realism and portraiture, both in color and black and grey. When he’s not tattooing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, movies, and snowboarding.
