PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They pay for the design process and secure your tattoo appointment. If you have questions or are not 100% committed to getting tattooed, talk with your artist and wait until you are. Hourly tattooing is charged at a rate of $150-$250, depending on artist and design. How long a tattoo will take can vary greatly and depend on many variables which cannot always be predicted. Understand that any price given is an estimate ONLY. The final price may be more or less than the estimate given, though we always strive to be as accurate as possible. Once you and your artist have agreed on a design, minor revisions taking less than 20 minutes are allowed during the design process, while major changes to the design, or more than 3 revisions may be subject to additional fees.  You must let your artist know as soon as possible if you want to make changes to the design. Deposits are applied toward the price of the tattoo. If the tattoo will take more than one session, your deposit will be applied toward the LAST session.

Any of the following will result in the loss of your deposit

Not showing up to your appointment

Rescheduling your appointment more than once

Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice.

Arriving more than 30 minutes late for your appointment. 

Arriving to your appointment wanting to make a major change to your design or wanting a completely different tattoo.

Arriving drunk, or otherwise impaired by an intoxicating substance. 

Arriving in a condition unfit for being tattooed. For example: having a cold or other illness,  having dirty, unhygienic clothing, rash or wounds on area to be tattooed, etc…

Acting in a threatening or abusive way toward staff or other clients.

Arriving without proper ID. You MUST be at least 18 years of age to be tattooed at Kyklops..  (Driver's License, Military ID,  or Passport ONLY. No school IDs.)
